Overview of TimeTable Management Portal

TimeTable Management Portal is an web application that will help to perform/automate serveral time table activities that need to performed in schools.
These are the features of this portal.
-> TimeTable Generation.
-> TimeTable Daily Arrangement.
-> Option to Make two TimeTables (Primary Timetable, Secondary timetable)
-> Block Teaching Time Table

This portal generate login id and password for each school which are registerd on it. School data can be viewed after school login only. All Data is stored in encrypted form, Unauthorised Users would not be able to see any information.

School code of 5 digit is used as User ID for this portal.

These details are required for registration on portal.
-> School Code (5 digit)
-> Password (it can be choosen as per your choice)
-> School Name with Address
-> TimeTable Incharge Name
-> Contact No.
-> Email

There are two roles that are used in this portal. 1) TimeTable Incharge : Time Table Incharge Role is authorised for making/generating timetable. And it is used to make/generate Daily arrangement of timetable.
2) TimeTable Arrangemement : Time Table Arrangement Role is authorised only for making daily arrangements. It would not be authorised to make any changes in Timetable.
General

Go to Profile -> Here four Tabs are available, Go to Change Arrangement Password Tab.

Go to Profile -> Here Four Tabs are available, Go to Edit Profile Tab. Here you can change your Timetable Incharge Name, Contact No and Email.

Go to `Switch to secondary Timetable` in navigation bar or Top Bar,
After Switching to Secondary TimeTable, you can make a timetable that can be used in future.
This option will not make any changes or impact your primary timetable.
School Configuration


Here, School can set its configuration like, Classes and its sections, Period Timings.

School will provide list of teacher who are going to take part in teaching activities.

Here, School can assign Class Teachers to Classes.

Here, School can make selection of subjects from the available subject pool which are going to be teached in particular Class group.
There three class group.
i) VI,VII,VIII
ii)IX,X
iii)XI,XII

Incase your subject is not listed in subject pool, you can request to get is added by sending a email in this regard.

This option is used to create charges(tasks) i.e TimeTable, Exam, CBSE, TDC. Generally Charges(Tasks) are required to be shown in respective teacher timetables.

This option is used to add /update/ delete teacher's details.
Time Table

Here you can make time table for selected class & section. First you need to choose no. of periods ie. 8 periods or 0+8 periods.
Then All periods will be shown to make time table. Here you need to select Subject and their respective teachers.
If any teachers is already engagged in a particular period , his name will be disabled in dropdown of teachers list.

Here you can make time table for selected class & section. This is used only for scinece,Physics, Biology, Chemestry etc. subjects where lab assistant assist subject teacher in their Laboratory. First you need to choose no. of periods ie. 8 periods or 0+8 periods.
Then All periods will be shown to make time table. Here you need to select Subject and their respective Lab assistants.
If any Lab assistant is already engagged in a particular period , his name will be disabled in dropdown of Lab assistants list.

This option is very useful for schools where a class have students of multiple optional subjects like (Web-Application, Physical Education). These subjects need to be taught in same period by different teachers.
So, This option make provision to assign their respective teachers in Class Timetable.

This option is very useful for schools where a few students of multiple classes are being taught by a teacher in particular period.
eg. Suppose a teacher is teaching Sanskrit to few students of X-A, X-B, X-C.
This option will make provision to assign teacher to time table of X-A,X-B & X-C.

This option is used to assign charges in teacher time table. Suppose a teacher have charge of timetable and he want to put daily first 2 period in his TimeTable.
Here you can assign charges to him.And his charges will also be shown in his timetable.

This option can be used when a teacher got transferred to other school and another teacher took transfer to our school.
In this case After adding name of new teacher is Teacher list, Old teacher's timetable can be given to new teacher.

This option will show Status of All Classes Timetable i.e how many period has been assigned for that class.
Time Table Arrangement

This option is used in making timetable Arrangemement. By this option System will understand which classes will be unattended due to absentee of Teachers. And What all teachers can take classes in their free periods.
Here, your need to mark their attendance with respective options i.e Leave, First Half Leave,Second-Half Leave, On-duty.
Incase we want to get free a particular period of teacher, You can put that period number in period list. System will make arrangement of that period of teacher.

This option is used while merging classes due to less students in classe. Here Classes will be merged and timetable will followed of that class which you have choosen while merging clases.
Suppose, We want to merge VI-A,VI-B,VI-C . And Timetable of VI-B should be followed for VI-A,B,C.
Now Class VI-B timetable will be followed and subject teachers of VI-A & VI-C will be free in their respective periods. Also these teachers can be used in arrangements by system.

This option is used when we want to off some classes due to adminstrative reasons like exams/tour etc. After marking a class off, their respective teacher's period will be free and these teachers can be used for arrangement in their respective periods.

This report will show period-wise list of classes which will be vacant due to absentee of teachers.
And, it will show period-wise teacher list which are having free period.

Here You can make time Arrangement manually, Classes list will be shown which are vacant due to absentee of teachers . And Teacher list will be shown which are free in that particular period.

This option will automatically make time table arrangement within few seconds. It prioritise teachers arrangement based on their free periods.
Suppose, Teacher A has 4 free periods in his timetable and Teacher B has 5 free periods in his timetable. Teacher B will be considered first while making arrangement, then teacher A will be considered.
Manage Data

This option will remove teacher's timetable.

This option will remove class's timetable.

This option will remove teachers.

This option will remove subjects from their class groups.
